Auto save off, still auto saves
A lot of stray dogs, I have it turned off.
Motion blurr on I have it turned off.
The autosaves still happen when you enter CAZ, even if turned off in the settings, there is no way to turn them off completely atm (afaik).
I think this is because game crashes for lots of players when entering CAZ.
I hope this will get changed in the future because auto saving causes issues too.
For the other two issues, can you provide screenshots?
Afaik we can only turn off the animals in the parks but not the cats at the temples, for example. And there are a few NPC dogs in town, but only like 2 all over Cahaya as far as I’ve noticed.
So I’m not quite sure of how many dogs you are speaking and where they are.
Screenshots and more information would be helpful.

And if you downloaded/installed mods/cc, have you tried if this still happens when you remove them?
