Could you please verify the integrity of game files in Steam?

How to verify the integrity of game files:

  1. Launch the Steam client.
  2. Go to your Library.
  3. Right-click inZOI and select Properties.
  4. In the Installed Files tab, click Verify integrity of game files.
  5. Once the verification is complete, try launching the game again.

All 9195 files successfully validated still crashes when canvas page comes

Thanks for the update.
Even if you’ve removed the mod, it’s possible that some leftover files may still remain in your system.
Could you please check the following folders:

  • BlueClient/Content/Paks/~mods
  • Documents/inZOI/Saved/Mods

If either folder exists, please share all remaining mod files with us by sending a Drive link.

Hi @chao_elite, glad the issue is resolved! If possible, please share either a zip file of the folder contents or a list of the mods you used via this link. It would be a big help. :psycat_lay:

Hi @AR_Owen, additionally, what would’ve been the next step if we verified the integrity and some of the files “failed to validate”?

Hi @PARADISEBAE,
According to the steam, you may see a message saying “One or more files may fail to verify.”

Important: One or more files may fail to verify.
This is normal for most Steam games. The files that fail to verify are local configuration files that are not meant to be replaced during this process. You can safely ignore this message.
