Game starts on steam but then crashes.

  • Details: I go to launch the game via steam, it opens and displays the loading screen, but then crashes and I get nothing. The game says it is still running via steam but not when I open task manager.

I was playing fine yesterday and I have not added any mods or anything.

Help please?

It was working literally 12 hours before.

I did update windows to 26100.2605

And thats when the issues started. Im being taken down a rabbit hole with updating BIOS and creating disk space for it, Seems an extortionate issue to play a game that has been fully playable since launch.

Has there been any other similar issues from users?

What you could try is verifying your gamefiles via steam and clearing the cache.

My PC also runs with an intel processor and while it didn’t cause troubles with inZOI yet, I had a warning message from World of Warcraft so I made a bios update and it went smoothly (until now*knocks on wood*). But I guess that’s what they mean with ‘unexpected crashes may occur’ in the article I’ve linked in the other post, you never know when it hits you -.-
