there should be an option to give just one command to collect everything at once, instead of having to click thousands of times

I’m not sure I completely agree with this. I think that for this to be an option there should be some sort of automation tool required first. Farming is supposed to be hard, and having to gather everything one at a time is more realistic for a small garden. But, if you did happen to have a huge garden/farm, some sort of automation would totally make sense.

The thing is, you waste a lot of time doing this and the prices don’t make up for the effort. If you at least made a lot of money, it would be worth it.
With leveling up your gardening skill, fertilizing your crops… they will be of a better quality.
There is even a crystal watering can and rare harvestables.
Just because not everything happens right in the beginning and you get rich with the first harvest means it’s not worth doing it.
I think it’s more fun and meaningful if you have to put some effort in
