Graphic Artefacts on AMD GPU (Black Dots)

  CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 7600
  GPU : AMD RX 7800xt 16gb (Driver 25.8.1, Latest)
  Ram : 32gb DDR5 6000mhz
  Storage : M.2 NVME 1tb

• Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us):

  Originally the problems has been there for awhile bought the game on May 4 and was hoping the dev fixed this issue but so far the issue still there.
  Graphical artefacts (black dots) appears on sea and fireworks when turning off ray-tracing on maps like Bliss Bay and Cahaya but Dowon map seems fine,
  this problems doesn’t seem to occurs on Nvidia gpu afaik.

  Temporary Solutions : Turning on Ray-tracing removed the black dots.
