After the August 22, 2025 hotfix, exiting the mod manager and returning to the home screen, the game experiences infinite slowdown, almost freezing completely. It doesn’t matter if any mod changes have been made; simply entering and exiting the mod manager causes this issue. The only way to resolve this issue is to disable all mods or close with force shutdown (Ctrl + Alt + Del) and reopen the game.
Having the same problem also. I posted a short video in discord on community tech help a few minutes ago which shows the issue. It also shows that when i go to option and click go back, the lobby screen is back to normal speed.

Got the same issue. Yesterday it was working fine and today the home screen glitches, super slow, nothing moves. The only way around it is to click on ‘continue’ and it smooths again
