Missing CAZ items (now fixed)

  • Mods: (Choose one: never used / removed / active) Disable for update

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): 64 bit OS, 32gb RAM, Intel core i9, 12gb gpu, 1.86TB free storage

  • Issue Date: 8/20/25

  • Error Message (optional): none

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): I update for Cahaya DLC. mods were disable. I started a new save. In Caz I noticed I was missing some of the new hairs and some of the outfits from what remember seeing in early access videos. I do not know if build items are missing or not. i closed game and restarted, stuff still missing. i totally shut down computer and restarted stream and still did not help.

My issue is resolved. I did not have Cahaya DLC downloaded. I noticed on social media this was a problem for many users. For me and many others, we were not aware that its in separate area on stream and not automatic. I am leaving this here incase anyone else has same issue.

Same. I am missing a few hairs, like braids and dreads. And some clothing as well. Not sure what else is missing. I wanted to put my zoi on some braids.:sob:

I found out mine were missing cause I did not have Cahaya DLC downloaded, only base game. all is well now. Check if that maybe your issue to

How did you download it, i have the same issue and can’t find a solution?
