thank you for creating this new map devs. appreciate it a lot! as an indonesian, i loved the idea of creating a new map based on our country. it feels similar and homey. details such as stray cats and dogs, loved that too!
ideas:
maybe we could’ve gotten a temporary visit system, as in vacation. so maybe instead of “relocating,” perhaps giving the players an option to stay temporarily, say you can pick 1 day to 30 days of vacation. we can keep our relationship back home when we come back from vacation! if zois happens to bond with someone, please let them keep it. in case we want to come back to that place for vacation. just pause their current relationship at the vacation country, then resume it when they’re back.
in my opinion, the entertainment resources aren’t quite many yet. i suppose you can create a zoo for families to visit since bali has it? it might be too complicated, just an idea! adding a nightclub and more bars would be fun too! since the upper and lower areas of the island is mostly empty, that might be a good area for a nightlife activity.
improvements:
another addition is that I hope the devs can make it easier for us players to earn more money through farming, mining, etc. i find it hard to make side hustle money from reselling my secondhand items. i find it a hassle that i have to place the same item one by one to resell it (example: i have 25 boki dolls, i have to add the item and the price 25 times).
additional improvements after playing in cahaya for days:
- more interaction with turtles, dogs, and cats
- more NPCs hanging, walking, interacting with each other (i have toggled the maximum population, yet it still feels somewhat empty, especially at the resort, considering it’s a vacation/getaway destination)
- add a gym, where you can do all of your workouts in one place. you could make zois buy a pass too just like spa pass. it could be monthly or a pay one time thing
as of now, i think cahaya is amazing, yes it might have some holes but there are more room for improvements. i’m amazed with the DLC, i really appreciate it as one of your players.
