You could say I’m a macOS advocate. Therefore, my wishlist is simple: add the SmartZOI AI to the macOS version or an alternative version.

How did you find out it’s not available for Mac? It’s truly a nice touch to make the Zoi’s come to life, so it would be a pity if it were not included in the launch version.

Well, considering that the current version of this technology is powered by NVIDIA ACE, I wouldn’t be surprised if this feature is initially omitted. However, I would be surprised if they indeed actually create an alternative version or some sort of cloud-based version.

To be quite honest, if it ends up in our version, I’m delighted. It’s simply a game-changer for gameplay.

That’s truly groundbreaking gameplay imo, don’t really understand why there’s so much backslash for using AI in-game.

Exactly! I would love to have that groundbreaking technology next week. So, call it a gut feeling. Anyway, I mean, the fact that the lady went to the store and gave food to a homeless person on its own.

I didn’t realize it was coming to the MacOS until I saw your post, and I also didn’t know about smartZOI either. But I am surprised and very happy to say it is in the Mac version. AI Texture generation is also there.

I’m glad I saw this post! I’d assumed that SmartZoi didn’t work on Macs, but after seeing this I tried it today and was excited to find that it works on my M4 Mac Mini! I haven’t noticed any negative effects on performance so far, though I’ve limited the inner thoughts to just my played household.
