Stuck on loading screen when travelling to Cahaya

  • Details: Was playing with a zoi in Dowon who bought a house in Cahaya. After her trip she returned to Dowon. I then added another zoi to the household in Dowon by merging 2 families together. The main zoi (who had bought the house in Cahaya) died (use cheat to kill her). Now the remaining zoi can’t travel to Cahaya because it gets stuck in a loading screen after the plane cut scene animation. Travelling to Bliss Bay is fine only Cahaya she can’t travel to. I’m pretty sure this is an easily reproduceable bug (I have reproduced with two different save files following the same steps) so I have outlined the steps.

We’re sorry the issue has caused inconvenience to your gameplay.
The following issue has been resolved with v0.3.5

  • Fixed an issue where infinite loading could occur when traveling to another city after a family member was deceased.

Since the issue has been resolved, I’ll go ahead and close this post.
If you still encounter the same problem after updating, please let us know by creating a new post.
