Absolutely yes
@Recto.M can you please merge all three of these Wishlist to build all the way to sidewalk and/or road, and is it possible to let the Devs know this is what us players truly want ![]()
@Denice merged them, is there a way to let the Devs know this is what us players want ![]()
When building a house it would be better to be able to build onto the actual street or walkway.
When I create a driveway it doesn’t look realistic when there is a random gap between the walkway and the driveway.
Also to create a driveway is challenging when using the flooring object - you have to resize until it fits. Being able to freely place tiles would make it much easier to build outside paving, driveways, walkways, patios and decks.

Hi ezziebird
I’ll merge your post into the main post since it’s the same wishlist request. Thanks for sharing! ![]()
Not a bug, but a wish. I find it a bit annoying when building, or improvements to a house, that you can not extend the driveway or path to meet the sidewalk or roadway. My house is surrounded by default properties that have the driveway and paths extended . The grass in between the driveways and entrances look odd? (see screenshot)
Been sometime since last on this forum. Comments Please. I just checked Sims 4 and I can confirm the boundary problem is not an issue. Inzoi needs to fix this by having an additional asset type for ground type objects like driveway and path paving and maybe fencing to join and go outside the boundary.
This bothers me too, and I also don’t like that we can’t change the fences of neighboring houses. If I want nicer or matching fences, I end up with double fences, and it just looks bad.

This topic has been addressed already and I agree too. Here are the forum posts, so we can keep this topic together:
These need to be merged and more importantly we need our wishes to connect to the sidewalk and/or street to come true ![]()

Thank you Denice <3
Thank you![]()
I wonder why this wasn’t the case right from the start? It bothers me enough that I’ve decided not to add any pavement or tiles outside just to avoid seeing them not connect properly to the sidewalk.
