A suggestion to connect properties to street and sidewalks
I wish we could connect our walkway and/or driveway to the street or sidewalk like in irl
Here is my zoi on a sidewalk with a driveway that connects to the street like irl
Here is a building in inZOI that I can’t connect to the sidewalk
I’m in favor. It’s terribly annoying that there’s grass between the sidewalk and the house entrance. It would be useful to have at least a terrain painting tool to connect these areas.
The Sims 3 had it, we could place flooring all the way to the street, and with the inZOI devs going to add parkable cars, I’m hoping we can have driveways connected to the street 
Fully, fully agree!!! This is so needed!
Only way to hide it is currently with a fence. It is less disturbing but still actually there should be a path also from the fence to the street.
This has annoyed me since the very beginning and seems so easy to fix.
We need more votes, I’m sure 100% of players don’t want to be limited
Can inZOI connect lots to the sidewalks even now after the property update?
Why was the properties not connected to the sidewalks and/or roads?

Its also annoying because the house next door meets the sidewalk…
I also support this decision, especially since I think it’s not difficult or long to add it. And also, as in the photo above 
, make it possible to check in a car and your garage on the site (Hello from The Sims 2!!!)

It looks even more ridiculous when all the houses around are property connected to the roads and just your property is not.
I also agree with @NIck_Olay this should not be too hard to implement. And as @JoyIsFunner said: we even had it in sims 2, probably even in sims 1 if I remember correctly. Should be possible also in 2026. A pitty that this was not included with the property update…

Lots attached to sidewalks and basements will go a long way.

Yea I like the basements idea, it will be a great secret room area for my main house
I support this! I think about this every time I’m building 
Ikr, we can only get the house or building right and it’s totally unrealistic, if the zois walk across the grass into a yard with no driveway there should be dirt from walking on the areas several times
