Move accessory gizmos to the side for visibility

,

The way gizmos work for earrings right now, it’s very difficult to see the earring while moving it and get it to the exact positiong that your want it to be in. Same goes for piercing.

Please move the gizmo slightly to the side of the object to allow visibility.

Example of who the gizmo would look if you move it to the side:

I agree, the gizmos are blocking almost every view of the item we’re trying to adjust. Slightly moving them would make a lot of difference here. Awesome suggestion.

I 100% agree with this. I end up clicking on things to see where they are then guess where I need to move them to.

If the gizmos can’t be moved, they can be made smaller.

I agree as well, but it seems that some mods use 3D files in a way that’s similar to a PNG image where the object doesn’t actually fill the entire resolution of the canvas. Even if the visible mesh is small, the file is still treated as having that full overall resolution. So when you import it, it becomes harder to edit and optimize properly. So I guess it also depends on the file you’re importing, or something like that.

Hi there! I’m not sure what you mean by this, but this has nothing to do with mods. This is an issue with basegame earrings and piercings where you cannot move them properly to your desired position because you cannot see their position due to the gizmo blocking the view :psycat_blush:

Yeah, I can’t see what I’m putting on my zoi without switching tabs. It’s odd cause I don’t remember having this problem before?

Fully agree! For this reason I nearly never use this option in CAZ as this is so annoying when you don’t see what you do.

I think that’s because it wasn’t like this before. I believe the gizmos for moving earrings came with the October update, and we’ve been suffering since then >.<
