Daycares and preschool

I would love to send my toddler to daycare or preschool something to get them to learn there abcs and numbers to get a headstart on life before 1 grade. And I would love to work with children help take care of them why there parents are at work. Like a career at a daycare where you could watch a couple kids and have them color do crafts, play with toys and sometimes go outside, and even babies be able to take care of them for a couple hours. And other career for preschool or pre k where you can give kids a headstart like teaching them the alphabet and numbers, give the the social skills, let them play, give them snacks I think both those careers are a lot of fun.
