Please refer back to this thread for Game Version, PC specs, etc.
As detailed by multiple players in this thread, saving a Zoi Preset only saves their currently-worn outfit, not all of their outfits. Unfortunately that thread was closed, cutting off further discussion, so this thread can be used instead.
The closed thread indicates it is working as intended. In which case, it is badly designed. We already have a function in the game to save a single outfit preset. But if we’re saving a Zoi Preset, we want to save the whole Zoi not just part of it. Sorry, but as shown by players’ confusion, the current implementation is flawed and should be fixed.
As such, this is clearly still a bug, not a wishlist item.
I’m hoping the devs have plans on us being able to save households up to eight zois and with all outfits saved to each zoi, right now it feels like an incomplete saved zois, we spend the time to create all outfits then upload to Canvas, like hello the players that download the zois are wanting complete zois.
Players like me love to have saved zois, households, and lots to create whole worlds, even if it’s a while before saved households, we should at least be able to save all outfits with the zois.
Correct, and to add to this: if you create a Zoi by clicking ‘New game’ and then going through CAZ, all outfit categories are correctly saved along with other information (traits, ambitions etc.) But if you first create the Zoi separately in CAZ, save them as a Zoi preset, and then try to load the preset into a new game, only the current outfit (usually Everyday) is saved. It’s clearly possible to save the outfits for all categories along with other data for that Zoi, so I don’t understand why it only works when directly starting a new save?
We understand the confusion and concerns raised regarding how Zoi Presets currently save only the outfit being worn at the time. We recognize the feedback from players and will continue working to improve the experience and address these concerns where possible.
We appreciate your patience and your continued support.
