How to calculate property value for wealth aspirations

I want to fulfill an ambition related to wealth, but in both of them it says: “live in a property worth XXX miau (excluding the value of furniture and building)”. I don’t understand the last part - where am I supposed to get the value of the land without the building and equipment? All plots are built on and inhabited, so I don’t know how this is checked. Could this be a translation error?

You can see the property value by clicking on the lot on the map. That is the value needed to complete the ambition.
