12 GB for GPUs**Steps to Reproduce: the file “**site_house_over_water.zip” is the file where the info of my property is saved. The file **“**20260422-182921_last_backup.zip” is the latest backup from the dates when the error ocurred. When you load the property, please check the small bathroom on the second floor (right side when looking from the widest pool side). A foto of the error was included.
Please provide the entire save file(s) from the date when the issue occurred.

Details:
The error ocurred on 24.04.2026. I loaded my game as usual, and just to be sure, I checked the Mods section, and verified and enabled the Mods I have installed. Before loading my saved session in Build Studio, the game gave me a warning that some Mods had errors and loading the game might result in corrupted data. I don’t know how to find a solution to that except for enabling and verifying all Mods before loading my game.
I hit ENTER, and loaded the game nevertheless, and found that the bathroom of my property, on the second floor, was partially gone and even the flooring is half compiled. As far as I remember, I didn’t use Mods for that room because is really small.
Could you please restore the bathroom the way it was before?
