Suggestion: Adding a horizontal wall selection tool in Construction mode

Hello InZOI team,
I would like to propose an improvement for Construction mode: the addition of a horizontal wall section selection tool, complementing the vertical selection already available. This tool would allow you to select a horizontal band of a wall to apply a different texture, color, or pattern to it, and to create a baseboard, a frieze, or a backsplash.

Oh yes, I’d like that too. It would allow doing partial tile cladding in kitchens and bathrooms, instead of covering the entire wall up to the ceiling.
