No response when clicking any items in the game, reinstalling and updating didn't help, need solutions

I tried to click on the kiosk of Down,

Ullim Cafe. The Zoi child was unable to buy anything. Then I went to the Tarot bussiness and he was able to buy from there.

Not only clicking on items and characters doesn’t respond, clicking on the ground only displays a small white box.

Many interfaces in the game now show Korean text, which wasn’t the case before.

I’ll be merging this thread with an existing one that covers the same issue: No response when clicking any items in the game, reinstalling and updating didn’t help, need solutions

Please avoid posting duplicate bug reports in separate threads. Submitting the same issue multiple times does not increase its priority or visibility and only makes it harder for the team to track feedback effectively.

If you’ve already reported this, rest assured it has been seen. If you have any new information, please add it to your original post or comment there instead.
