when you save a zoi in canvas, every outfit except the first category is gone. aka sleep, party, summer, winter and so on is gone. which results in a really tiring and stressful situation in which you keep have to reapply each of these outfits again, whenever you want to use your zoi again. i am gonna post exact this post every day until it has been fixed, because we have been waiting for this fix since release of this game, up to this day, to no avail. not only is this situation by itself really draining, it also instantly takes away any motivation to play this game, as soon as im confronted with yet another default-outfit zoi, which should not supposed to be. its really sad to see how the devs seem to not care about the forum-postings, and prefer the bigoted discord server where some members cannot participate in, as the biased and close-minded-power-abusive mods ban you for stating your wishes in the wishlist. 0 rules broken.
additionally, the old custom textures are still broken.
these are fundamental issues that prevent people from fully creating their zoi unless they are okay with wasting their time every time they want to make a new save file, when their zoi should have been done to dealt with the moment they uploaded them to the canvas. we shouldnāt need to have these worries about reapplying outfits and fixing the texture issue.
Canvas only saving with one outfit is a bug? I thought it was intended to make Zoi uploads use less space. Itās always been this way, and Iāve never seen the game imply itās supposed to be different.
If itās not a bug, you can Wishlist this idea as a request instead. Making a bug report for the same issue every day will not be helpful, and repetitive posting is against the forumās rules.
idc if its a bug or āfeatureā, its a issue nontheless. if i save a zoi, i of course want it to get saved with every outfit. why would i WANT to remake my zoi each time i make a new save?! make it make sense. the outfits dont even get saved when you save the zoi as a preset, so it cant be just because of the canvas as presets are locally stored.
and if they dont want repetitive posts, maybe they should start to acknowledge the posts that have been stated here, instead of making us wait for someone to post these issues on the server to make them happen after months of getting ignored and supressed and simply not listened to.
It really is annoying. I recently spent HOURS to make the outfits for my Zoi in the character editor. Then wanted to start a new game just to see that nothing but the main outfit was saved. I suppose the only workaround until then is to save the outfits as a set and then apply to the Zoi, but itās definitely not optimal
Thatās not how bug reporting worksā¦ You canāt just report something as a bug that is clearly intended and spam reports daily until you get your way. Repetitive posting scatters support and discussion, which makes it harder for the developers and mods to handle issues and requests.
Use the forums properly. Thatās how you banned from spaces in the first place.
The Wishlist section is exactly for posts like thisā¦ For player wishes and suggsetions for changes to intended systems. I agree itās an issue that I hope they will change so we can save Zois and households altogether, but if youāre implying that spaces are banning users without merit, at least respect the simple rules and etiquette in the related spaces you participate in.
can i save entire outfits as a set or only one outfit as a time? i havent play for months (because of this very issue) so idk if anything changed, the only thing i saw is that we can have more outfits than one in a category now, which still doesnt fix the very core issue
I agree. It is unfavorable and adds more work for the player, especially when you have WIP Zois or want to set them back up in a different save. Saving outfits as presets is helpful, but it would be great if they added the ability to have entire wardrobes saved as default.
But this is not a bug and belongs in the Wishlist section.
like i said, i got banned for zero reasons. not once did i spam, insult or did anything that would go against the rules. (unlike them, as they harassed other members in their little private mod chat) the mods have a personal issue with me cause they clearly have issues with themself and cant handle people who arent afraid to get ācancelledā (a very bigoted, toxic and just really disgusting and hypocritical thing to do btw) by speaking up the truth. all i did was being active in the wishlist. nothing more or less. those mods are immature and other people on this forum have been banned too by these bigoted power-abusive kiddos, also for no reason. and if a āreasonā was stated, it was a lame excuse and NOT a REAL and JUSTIFIED reason. in many cases the biggest issue in a discord server arent the members, its the immature mods that have 0 life.

You can only save one outfit at a time, so when Iām making a Zoi, I save all their outfits individually as a backup or if I know Iām not going to finish them yet. You can choose which outfit to upload to canvas by switching to that outfit before clicking upload. If you want a Zoiās entire wardrobe to be uploaded, youāll have to do individual uploads for each.
Since makeup, skin tone, and hair can vary per outfit now, if you want the makeup, skin tone, and hair to save with the outfit, you have to use the Style Presets feature instead of the Outfit Presets. Same with canvas, upload the style preset, not outfit preset.
You can per example go to your summer outfit and save that outfit. Then go to your pajama and save the pajama. You would need to apply them then to the corresponding set you want. You have to save them under the āOutfit Presetsā category. Thatās the workaround I use for now.
oh yea, thats what ive been doing since the first day too.. it doesnt really fix anything.. you have to reapply them individually no matter what. additionally i got the issue where the textures arent saved cause of yet another issue that appeared during the december update
I myself havenāt experienced the issue with the textures, but it is frustrating indeed. Especially if one forgets to save the outfit beforehand and then closes the editor
My point is to respect the rules of this forum, because otherwise it makes your statements about being banned for āno reasonā seem very questionable.
I think she meant the function that you can now link hair and make-up to be carried over to all outfit types instead of having them to change individually
i never insulted anyone or did anything that would justify a entire ban, i didnt even get a warning for anything, which tells you already everything you need to know about these folks. they are just bigoted which becomes clear once you realize the truth.
asking yourself why the great depression exists? because of these behaviours. pre-2018 the world was still okay, then kiddis came up complaining their life sucks and compensate by getting offended by everything and ashamed by nothing. complaining about getting suppressed but suppressing innocent people who just wanted to life and participate in social activities. i will never understand how these people seem to have such a high credibility to become discord mods when they are full of hypocrisy and flawed mindsets.
No, you donāt if you donāt want to. I was saying that style presets paste everything about the outfit, while outfit presets only paste the clothing and accessories. So if you want to save the complete look, makeup, hair, and all, use Style Presets. If you donāt care and only want the outfit, use Outfit Presets.
Insults are not the only rule that the Discord server has btw, but I did not imply any reason why you were banned or say it was justified anyway. Iām just saying a disregard or lack of understanding for other spaces rules can lower the credibility of your statement, so donāt go making duplicate posts every day here and display that you actually donāt care about rules lol How you react to disputes also can determine whether you are welcome in a space anymore or not too, which is another reason why people might get banned for āno reasonā a lot.
