When i played Sims 4, I LOVED to play with realistic mods where your zois can get sick, go to the doctors and hospital and work as a doctor. I’d love it if my zois could get a mystery illness or maybe get into an accident or something and need to go to the doctors clinic, call an ambulance, and potentially stay at the hospital overnight (or a few nights, depending on the illnesses or severity of the accident.) If possible, I’d like it to be interactive as well (being able to physically go to the doctors/hospital and visit the hospitalized zoi.) I absolutely LOVE adding drama and tragedies into my gameplays, so I’d be really happy if that was possible to add.

Yeah but just like everything the sims 4 team did they half hearted it! I tried that “Birth Mod” To have realistic births. The poor father was just walking around not knowing what to do. No couch for the father and so on. Would be nice to have a blown appendix 2:30 in the morning and need to be rushed into surgery! How about a private practice though? Check ups and all.
