Ive tried everything but dunking my pc in water

Technically been a month officially with this bug… Recapping when this issue started (v0.8.6) before this version my game moved and reacted normally no lag, crashes, or anything to do with curseforge but I took a couple days from the game to test PL and when I came back I clicked the curseforge card nothing happened no loading or anything just stuck on the mod section screen. Then when 0.9.0 happened I tried to click the card and I am infinitely black screened no matter how long I wait. Im crashing out because the newest patch said it’ll be fixed I must have thee most insanely corrupted game and all this came from me taking a break lol.

Did you clear the mods? Could you try moving the mods folder to your desktop and then trying again without the mods?

Yes did all of that.

I assume you are on Windows even though you didn’t specify above.

When this happened to me in the past, this is how I resolved it:

Make sure you have exited the game, then type %localappdata% in your file explorer bar, then find the Inzoi folder. Inside should be a User_data folder. Inside that folder should be an 88849 folder. Rename the folder to 88849_old (it will regenerate when you restart your game). Move your Documents/Inzoi/Mods folder to your desktop (or make a copy of it and paste it in your desktop to back it up) then start your game.

Try now to go to curseforge through the in game mod menu, it should load up.

I could cry! Forever in debt to you this actually worked! My first born goes to you <33

hahahaha omg! Please keep your first born :joy:. I’m happy it helped

  • Details:

Hi there!

CurseForge still isn’t working after hotfix v.0.9.3.
I keep getting a video memory error when trying to log in. I’ve already deleted all my mods and verified the game files, but nothing helps.

I checked CONNECT. It’s fine; it’s working.

I think the Curseforge issue is still around for some players, unfortunately. Thank you for letting us know.

To the team: This thread should probably get merged with this one → Curseforge Crash after Hotfix 0.9.3

Hello @dasein, I’ve merged your post into this thread since it relates to the same issue. Thanks!

omg thank youuu! Curseforge works, the only thing now is that I’m having trouble automatically syncing my mods back. Curseforge loads up fine but the minute I go to hit continue to install my mods again it crashes. :sob: afraid I may have to add them back one by one

I did this and it makes it fully load but it still crashes after being in it for a few seconds to minutes…

your computer may be overheating? Or full? How much ram do you have available? how much hard disk space?

Are your graphic drivers up to date? You can try clearing their cache, just google how to clear cache (ex: how to clear nvidia cache)

Since it’s resolved there’s no longer a problem.

  • Game Version: 0.9.3

  • Platform: (Steam windows)

  • Mods: Half active, rest game removed when updating
:round_pushpin:If you have used mods before, please list them: Cannot see them.

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 5 5600x, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, 48gb ram, 1tb but 200gb free…):

  • Steps to Reproduce:

When I launch CurseForge, VRAM usage immediately spikes to an unusually high level. This causes the game to become unstable and eventually crash before I can use CurseForge or manage my mods.

I’ve tried:
Reinstalling, going back to older version, remove vram max and min, restart, without mods, with mods, everything. Its NOT fixed, haven’t been able to open it after the first update after highschool update

Hi LoyalOttawa_0115!

Thanks for the report.

I’ll merge your post into the existing crash thread since it appears to be the same issue affecting CurseForge after the latest update. This helps keep all related reports in one place.
