Someone keeps throwing flags at me. The reason is that it said the picture of the request Zoi’s i wanted was “off-topic”. I will report that person for their damaging behavior. whoever is doing it. I don’t know where to post this, but this is the only suitable place with the “forum” tag. Will no action be taken against the person who keeps throwing flags at me at every opportunity regarding the misuse of flags?

Can you tell me the date when you got the flagged message? Because I have the really bad suspicion it happened through my account because I have a shared pc… if that really happened because of me, I’m incredibly sorry and I’ll try to fix it

I only see the post like this. Does that mean it has been flagged by my account? Because I remember that there was an AoT picture and I was a little grouchy at the post (was one of my first posts in the forum and I was a bit silly pouty) and my boyfriend noticed. So I assumed that he might have flagged it while our pc was open. But when that happened, that was not just an hour ago but when I made the post. I flagged my post now as flag abuse, but I’m not sure it will do anything. I’m really sorry if it happened because of me and I can try contacting the forum to fix it, of that helps
Yes there was Attack of Titan and that was a joke. Both were complained about for the same flag.
I don’t know about the other post. Only this one because I saw it got hidden. Is there a way for me to fix it or delete it? I don’t want you to be falsely accused if it happened through my account. Does that even mean it has been flagged through my account?
The reason given for both is the same which means the same person complained. I am being followed so that they can find an opportunity to file a complaint.
Okay that is weird. Then I don’t think it was my account. Was the other one that got flagged the other link above where you postet the three celebrities? As I said, I flagged my height regulator topic as flag abuse but I don’t know if it actually does anything. I wrote that a post got falsely flagged in my topic. Would it help in any way if my topic would be deleted? Behaviour like this is seriously abnormal
Yes someone reported me as “off-topic” for making a request to a Curseforge member.
I suppose it got dropped? Because every post seems visible to me. At this point, they might use any post that is slightly off the topic and they try their “luck”
I just want action taken against the person who abused the complaint system. That’s all i ask.
Usually all flags will be directed to the Mods, so unless they verify it, those flags won’t cause any harm to your forum statistics or anything similar to it. It’s very bad behavior though. I’m really sorry that’s happening to you =(
They complain about it being “off topic” for the same reason at every opportunity. I know i’m being followed.
Did that happen before?
For the same reason 12 days ago. Although he complained many times it worked twice.
Oof… that does sound like some weird personal grudge. Also to clarify, I asked my partner and he assured me it wasn’t him. It probably doesn’t help much, but I also feel responsible since it happened in my topic
That’s really bad stuff, but you definitely aren’t responsible for it, so don’t stress about it. I think the team, especially the mods, will review the flags and everything will be fine again. Hopefully
