Bliss Bay constantly crashing/freezing

  • Game Version: 0.9.3

  • Platform: Steam Mac

  • Mods: no mods

  • Hardware Specifications & Operating System (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage…): 2024 13inch Macbook Air M3, 16GB memory

  • Steps to Reproduce: reduced graphics settings, updated, cleared PSO cache, downsized textures, deleted old saved game files

  • Details:
Gameplay in Cahaya and Dowon pretty much runs smoothly with minimal crashes but Bliss Bay seems to crash every 10 to 15 minutes (right before auto-save). If it doesn’t crash then it completely freezes and I have to do a forced quit via Steam and re-enter the game. This issue began after the last major update.

Could you please attach your crash files to this thread?

Where can I find the crash files?

Crash Dump Files

  • Windows: C:\Users\ [UserName] \AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved\Crashes
  • MAC (Steam): Users\ [UserName] \Library\Application Support\UnrealEngine\5.6\Saved\Crashes
  • MAC (App Store): Users\ [UserName] \Library\Containers\com.krafton.inzoi\Data\Library\Application Support\UnrealEngine\5.6\Saved\Crashes

Those options under Steam Mac don’t show up for me.

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/

/Library/Application Support/Epic/UnrealEngine/Common/CrashReports/

/Library/Application Support/CrashReporter/

You can search the disk for keywords if nothing is found.

is it safe to post this here or can I send this privately?

You can send the crash files here no problem. A normal user cannot open this file. Even if it manages to open it won’t be useful because it won’t appear as code.

BlueClient.log (270.2 KB)

ok not sure if this is the correct one.

These files are necessary.

this is what comes up for me

Yes i don’t use a Mac but i think you’re in the right place. But if i’m wrong someone else will correct .
