Make the zois stop using the bus for walkable distances.

I find this to be one of the most annoying things in this game. Two of my zois were hanging out near the beach, but one was just across the street near the surf shop. I decided to go over to that zoi, and instead of just simply walking across, my zoi went to the extra mile to find a bus stop, and cross multiple streets before getting to their location. This sort of thing happens all the time. Let buses be used only for long distances. And not even just busses, this goes for other vehicles as well.

also make it so if your zoi owns a vehicle they will use it instead of taking the bus to work and other places

Do you mean automatically? Because you can already drive to work. If so, then yes, I absolutely agree!

This happened with my Zoi too. His Fiance was in the same park as him just a bit far away but when I asked him to travel the distance to meet her he went into town to get the train.

I’ve been thinking about this for a while. I’d like to be able to choose if we use public transportation or just walk if it’s a reasonable distance away. Makes no sense tracking a bus to walk across the street.

I really hope this gets looked into soon; my zoi does freelance deliveries in addition to her part time management job. i prefer having my zoi quickly travel on foot for some deliveries rather than driving if the distance is short, but the way the game routes her, she takes a bus a block away rather than just crossing the street to the drop off site every time :face_exhaling:

Absolutely agree - you should be able to just walk across the street. There’s no need for a vehicle or a bus in this instance.

when going to work they take the bus

when going to the beach they take the bus

when going to the cafe they take the bus

only time they dont take the bus is when i manually control them

Thats kind of my point. I want my zoi to be able to walk places without me manually controlling them. I want them to simply be able to walk to nearby places without me manually controlling.
