There is a tree on the freely available “Farmland” mixed-use lot in Cahaya that cannot be deleted.
The bulldozer does not work on this tree, so it remains permanently on the lot. Other objects can be deleted normally.
Those are annoying, there are also trees close to the lot limit in Senyap property which gets INSIDE the house if you build close to the ocean view side. You cannot delete it because its trunk sits a millimeter outside the lot’s boundary.
And there’s no cheats that I found to delete them either.
I agree this needs to be fixed. Any tree getting in our way on our own lots should be deletable !
One tree in Dowon was on the sidewalk, not on the lot and it was intersecting my house, I changed the world trees to a smaller tree type and that fixed it, but yea there’s no way to change trees that have the grid going up around the base of the tree like the carts on the sidewalks

Trees that can’t be deleted shouldn’t interfere with buildings on editable lots.
In theory, there seems to be something on almost every vacant lot that cannot be removed. I recently had to build a high fence because I am building a playground and don’t want the kids playing next to trash. I also had to change one of my houses in Air Asri because of a tree. With the commercial lots, it’s even worse: they are already so small, and then the structures from neighboring lots stick right into them.
You are just way too restricted when building. It is a shame because the island is currently the only option if you prefer a more rural environment.
It’s basically the same in Dowon: there are only a few small lots anyway, and then you still have to deal with things like these trees. It’s really not right that you have to choose between changing the trees (which you actually want to keep for the city view) or having the full space available for your house.
