Hello inZOI Team,
First of all, thank you for creating such a beautiful and detailed game! I am really enjoying the unique atmosphere of Cahaya. To help make the simulation even better, I would love to share some feedback regarding the town population and how we interact with our actual neighbors.
Currently, I am experiencing a few challenges that make it difficult to enjoy a peaceful, realistic neighborhood simulation:
- Immersion break at public lots: When my Zoi goes to a quiet fishing spot or a café in Cahaya, large crowds of young adult NPC’s with a very modern K-pop style spawn and crowd the area. This feels out of place for the specific, cultural vibe of Cahaya and makes it hard to just enjoy a quiet moment.
- Complex ways to meet the community: Right now, getting to know real neighbors and making friends in the community feels a bit too complicated. The options to invite real residents to public lots or to fix the overcrowding involve using multiple cheats, changing advanced menu settings, or using the Canvas system. For players who prefer a straightforward simulation, or those who struggle with complex menus and numbers (like mild dyscalculia), this feels very overwhelming.
- Using Schedule: I am currently planning to host a housewarming party at my Zoi’s home, hoping this will finally let me meet my real neighbors. However, I am worried that an army of random K-pop NPCs will show up on my Zoi’s private property instead of the actual community members..

My suggestions for a future update:
- A simple toggle or slider in the settings to “Prioritize Played/Resident Zois on Public Lots and Home Events” so we see our actual neighbors instead of randomly generated background NPCs.
- A much simpler, more intuitive way to introduce ourselves to the community and invite existing town residents to lots from a direct list.
Thank you so much for reading my feedback and for your amazing work on this game. I look forward to seeing how inZOI grows together with the community!
Best regards,
