I am writing this on behalf of some individuals in the Discord to bring this to your attention. There seems to be more than one individual having issues being able to apply tags to their posts making it hard for them to use the forum. Below I will show an example of a conversation on the official Discord.
This is just an example of one user, but I will provide more info as needed or if given permission to. I will also encourage others to comment if they can.
Edit to add: There are users who want to make bug reports, and they may be for different reasons. I am just making the bug report about the forum in regards to their inability to post because they can’t add a tag.
It also happened to me when I tried to make my first bug report an hour ago. There was no tags option when I first made a post; now everything is fine for me.
I only managed to add a tag to the bug report by going to “My posts” → “Drafts” → “Resume.”

I understand you reported the issue on behalf of someone else, but could you please check how exactly the user attempted to create the post?
From the screenshot they shared, I noticed there’s no “New Topic” button visible.

If the same issue is still occurring, could you please ask the user to refresh the forum site and try again?
Sometimes the posting feature may not work properly without a page refresh.

Hello, I don’t know if this is the right place for this, but when I navigate to the forum here sometimes the “New Topic” button is missing from the upper right corner. It doesn’t appear again until I open the bug report forum by right clicking and opening in a new tab. Then it appears again.
When it happened to me I was using Opera, I was logged in, refreshing and navigating away and coming back both did not work, and I needed to open the link in a new tab for the button in order to make it work. It took me maybe 20 minutes of navigating to figure that out. But now that I’ve done that once, the button has been showing up consistently on Opera.
Details: I am trying for over half hour to make bug report and keeps saying Im using word that are not allowed. I have reworded my issue several times and still wont allow. highlighting what cant be used would be helpful. im sure im not the only one to encounter this.

It won’t let me make a bug report either, and Cahaya in my game is not working. The boats, scooters, and snorkels are not working. When my Zoi swims, it won’t even let her dive, so she’s swimming on top of the water the whole time.
Is it also failing because a word is not allowed?
Do you maybe use the ‘TM’ character in your system decription? Try to remove it.
It happens quite a lot.
