Zoi wedding schedule issue

  • Details (Providing reproduction steps helps us): I am unable to schedule the wedding for two Zois. The event never stays and I am having issues moving them in together, as you can see in the provided screenshot recording that it is not working, it is also not showing in English, This is my first time scheduling a wedding in Zoi . Video of issue happening

So my inzoi sim Melissa is with a sim called Allen and when I make them plan a wedding together it keeps saying this: The scheduled event has been canceled due to Allen Atkinson’s unavoidable circumstances when I tried to plan the wedding together from my own inzoi sim perspective and when I try to do the plan the wedding together from Allen Atkinson perspective , which is the Inzoi sims I’m trying to get married too the wedding event doesn’t show up on his schedule at all

And also the wedding event doesn’t work and the martial status says single for both of them even if I press :Get Married , to get them married immediately and the affection menu disappears as well which then I can’t start a family for them

I don’t know what to do I can’t move forward with the game when I got this issue

even if they engaged, it doesn’t say on the martial status engaged or married when they are engaged or if they are married without them having a wedding

I just want to know is there any kind of update on in terms of the situation because I’m pretty sure everyone’s experiencing this problem but I don’t see any kind of update on it and I just want to find if you guys are doing anything to sort this out this problem ? I just want to get some kind of update on this if that’s possible?

Unfortunately, quite a few users have encountered scheduling bugs similar to yours. Here are two other threads reporting it:

We got an update but nothing about the marriage issue that we are all having problems with ? would this be something you guys will look into to fix it ? @Seiden
