Suggestions for Cahaya

I was wondering if there is ever the possibility to move to Cahaya and become either a business owner or the local leader and then improve the island for the locals? Would there be a way to either make your own business or take over one via working there and the owner sells the company to you or gives it to you when they retire. I think it would be a fun way to give back to the island and its inhabitants - especially if you made it to where, if you started making poor decisions, you could be booted off the island. Not wanting to gentrify or build up the island and change it, just improve the island, like a manager of some kind - or just have it to where we can take over the resort and improve there. That would be neat.
