I don’t want to be too off topic with the game. Just a thought of idea mainly related to the Cahaya dlc, as we have mining & collecting minerals.
Mainly something similar to Stardew Valley where we had a cave system where we could mine geodes & attack slimes for loot.
As the game itself isn’t built around PvE mechanics. I don’t want to be too unrelated with this idea. I’m possibly pulling a massive long shot with this idea but just some insight I thought that could be suggested.
Instead of stardew dread mines, it would be interesting to have random mapping instances with puzzles and collecting points that have items for mystical reasons and quests.
I’m thinking if the game wanted to introduce more occults than the ghost type. Say, magic, these ‘dungeons’ (it could even be pocket dimension where everything is weird. You went into someone’s house and now there’s furniture on the ceiling) would appear as portals to you who does magic, but not to others. You enter and put things back together, have more mining and fishing zones as well as chests for the magic items.
This would be combating “rabbit holes” and their pop up story options. InZoi would be giving players a familiar RPG experience but making it their own and staying true to the LifeSim genre
