  • Since the DLC update, my zois who are young adult aging down to teenagers even in a new game save i just created. During gameplay, even though i have not change or touch anything during gameplay, somehow they just turned into teenagers, it all happens in all my save, i don’t have any mods, no texture or any other mods from build mode 3d objects. Every mod on my inzoi folder is deleted, no mods on my inzoi steamapps mod Paks, every cache is cleared also ingame and on my pc.

I have the same problem. My young adult couples have become teenagers.

Was this ever fixed? I’m also running into the same problem. Last I played was 5 months ago. Came back and all old and new saves have this issue with everyone being defaulted to a teenager.

If anyone is wondering, I finally fixed the issue with all the Zoi in old and new saves being defaulting to teenagers.

If you’ve previously played prior to the DLC release then just recently started playing again . You need to delete anything related to inZOI from your PC or Mac. Please note, your saves and anything not uploaded to canvas will be deleted. I recommend backing up your canvas files before continuing.

When the first DLC was released it corrupted my save somehow and integrated something into my games config where everyone spawns as a teen and my young adult always dies from natural causes on his first day.

How to back up Canvas files

  1. Go to documents
  2. Locate inZOI and open it
  3. Drag and drop Canvas to your desktop and rename it to CanvasBackup

Deleting your inZOI files completely

  1. Uninstall inZOI from steam
  2. Delete inZOI from the steam directory.
    C:Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common Then delete the whole inZOI folder.
  3. Delete inZOI from your documents.
    Go to your documents folder and delete the inZOI folder.
  4. Delete inZOI from your AppData.
    Press Windows key + R then type AppData and press OK.
    Go through all three folders (Local, LocalLow & Roaming) and delete the inZOI folders. Do note, if there isn’t an inZOI folder in there then don’t worry about it.
  5. Go to your Recycle Bin and delete all the folders that you deleted earlier.
  6. Reinstall Inzoi and enjoy :slight_smile:
  7. If you backed up your Canvas file earlier. You can rename it back to Canvas and put it back into your document folder after you booted up your game for the first time.
