Add/Transfer Zois

  • Details: I wanted to add a new zoi to a pre-existing household and the button on edit map to add a zoi is gone. So i made a new household so i could transfer the new zoi to the existing household but when I click the arrow to transfer the zoi nothing happens. I can transfer assets just not the actual zoi.

The part about ‘add Zoi’ got removed a while ago with an update. Do you have a screenshot where it goes wrong with the assets and not being able to move the Zoi in the other household?

the zoi just doesnt move to the other household when i click the button

Hi @hudgins.lynne,
Could you try the method below and check if it works? I’ll add some screenshots that may help below.

  1. Go to the ‘City Map (M)’
  2. Click ‘All Families’ in the upper left corner
  3. Click ‘Move Zois Between Families’

Please note that you cannot move the zoi you are currently playing as.

i did that but when i click the arrows in the middle of the two families nothing happens and im not playing the household
