I think it would be nice to have a cheat to change a Zoi’s biological gender while keeping their masculine/feminine frame intact. It would be useful for nonbinary or transgender Zois who would like to give birth to children. Alternatively, unlocking the getbabywith [ID] cheat to all genders could work.

When you create a Zoi, and for example, you create it as female, if you then change it to male, it slightly modifies the facial features but you keep the hairstyle, makeup, clothing, etc. And vice versa, I don’t know if that can help you

This is not helpful because you cannot change a biological gender in CAZ after it’s been set and saved once. And the facial features issue is problematic as well.
