Floor Limits at Ulim Temple Grounds after the Update

There are now floor limits on the Ulim Temple Grounds in Dowon that haven’t been there before the update.
From the buiIding presets, I can even replace the Temple I’ve built there but not add additional walls/rooms.

Remove all build restrictions for Non-Player Lots.

Yes I hate that on many of the lots they have these ridiculous build restrictions and keep adding more and more. It hinders creativity bigtime. At the very least give us cheats to bypass this stuff!
