the same thing keeps happening to me!!! its SO frustrating, my zoi will be going about their daily life and all of the sudden there are four people in my house, and my zoi is trying to talk to them!! i cannot kick them out, it doesnât work. they just leave when they want to. this is ruining both the immersion of myself into the hame as well as putting a HUGE obstacle in the path of whatever my zoi needs to do. often times, my zoi will have very low needs and will be trapped in a conversation with other zois. so frustrating!!! this is a regular occurrence happening at LEAST four times each time i play the game, from release all the way until after the halloween/harvest update. this needs attention ASAP.
i recently had the bug where the whole town showed up to my trick or treat event and invaded my house. after i got all of the main group to leave there was still stragglers, even some i had to move out of walls. the trick was to use my washing machine (any big object should do), move it to where the offending zoi is standing and itâll reset them to outside your lot. then you can speak to them and ask them to leave. for one of them i had to ask 3 times. i didnât use the âkick outâ action, so i donât know if its possible that asking them to leave just fails and you have to retry, but it should work eventually. iâve since set my main door for âfamily onlyâ and havenât had anyone intrude yet, but its only been half a day in game
THIS!! i had this too, they all popped up at once surrounding my candy bucket, getting stuck in both walls AND eachother! i couldnât interact at all because the crowd was SO dense and anyone far enough away was glitched inside of a wall or something. most of them left when the event ended , but around 5/6 of them still hung around for DAYS more, despite repeatedly telling them to get out AND my door locks set to âonly youâ as i play a household with one zoi, mine.
This bug is still happening as of 2026.02.16 ( Patch 0.6.0 )
One of the bastards came in and cleaned a very expensive family dinner the hubby had just cooked.

Until this is hopefully fixed soon, have you tried to turn the door around?
Maybe itâs the same workaround as for the businesses?

yo i had this happen, if you console /add them to your home the use the city map to evit them it fixes it. its a registration error with lots. ai just doesnât like xyz about engine + housing label.
