I’m trying to get a loan in Cahaya, and NOT the one from the loan sharks who have an interest rate higher than 5%. I received a message about it that tells me to go to the bank but I can’t find it in Cahaya. My doubt is that it might not even exist there. Can someone help me? Thank you

Also you can select a house and click on the “Receive a move-in assistance loan” that appears at the bottom of the move in menu.

Unfortunately the game doesn’t give me the option to reply to the message: I lost the screenshot, but anyway it said something like “We are increasing a policy for low-cost loans with 1% interest, request it from the bank” . And this leaves me puzzled because I don’t understand how to get it if the Cahaya bank doesn’t exist. I know I can get money if I make a transfer, but I was wondering if I could do it through the bank (which isn’t in Cahaya) without having to move. Could you tell me if it exists in Bliss Bay or Dowon instead? Thank you
