This happens from time to time to me as well.
Also the same problem with the hand-held game console (or did last time I had a zoi which used them).

I wonder if this is related to the Audio Looping bug a few of us experienced and reported a while ago.

Does the audio continue until the save is reloaded, or does it stop eventually? If it continues on forever until reloading, I bet it’s the same bug.
