InZOI has universities, but they’re more of a role-playing component. I suggest making universities a slightly more important part of gameplay for our characters, helping them get prestigious jobs. Adding campuses where students could live and develop relationships, creating unforgettable moments and learning opportunities.

And maybe earning more money from jobs, even if it’s just a flat +50% bonus on existing jobs until something more potent gets added in. That would make it worth it to spend so many years at the university.
Also make it so it’s only a few years (at most) and not take the whole of young adult.
