ok fine. When I first placed them on my lot, they worked fine, but as soon as I opened them after they had been closed, it stopped working correctly.

Did you try to open / close both sides seperately? It might also help to use the “open/close all curtains” button. If you haven’t tried that, please check back and let the devs know if any of it worked or if it’s still messed up. Thank you.
(The upper button is for closing one side seperately and the right button opens and closes all curtains in the house)
