As far as I’ve seen it’s only the two largest sofas where one side cannot be place near a wall (without ALT) because on one side (on the other side not) the grid is too big (bigger than the sofa).
It’s also a problem to place low tables in front of the sofas, they remain unrealistically far away
I’ve had the same issue with the large sofa. I even had to use the Alt key to put a rug down.
@LennyOgg yes, that grid on the upper end is too big. I try to work with it by playing the couch 1,5 Zoi widths away from any walls. Makes it look at least somewhat realistic in a home.
@mialuce66 the devs should definitely change the grid size into an L-shape. Placing coffee tables with Alt always gives me the creeps because I worry that I might have placed it slightly off and my Zois can’t reach one side of the sofa.
Also with that L-shaped sofa, if you want to place a piece of furniture in front in the middle of that red highlighted area, you can force it, but Zois wont put the tablet or items on it. It glitches with that.
I’ve stopped using that one and started putting two 1x2 or 1x3 seats sofa myself and make my own.
Hi everyone (@here),
We’re aware and currently looking into it.
Will share any updates in this thread as soon as we have them.
