for realism id like if we first have to apply for a job and go to a interview (even for minijobs for teenager) and hope to get accepted (or rejected)

I think that idea is very interesting!
That would make the game much more realistic!

Yes, I’d love that. It’d give the (imo useless) available job spaces counter for every single branch a purpose too.
