Colour Wheel cursor lags and doesn't move at all when I change the color of the glasses

I already noticed a good while ago that the ‘cursor’ (the white circle) in the color wheel window lags and sometimes only moves when I click somewhere, but isn’t ‘dragable’.

Now I wanted to change the color of these glasses and the cursor stays in the upper left corner, but the color changes when I click on another color.

I can confirm this, the work-around is to click further away then drag, but makes it tough to move the color ever so slightly.

I think that’s new of 0.4.0-era as well.
