'Pop Up Auto-Close' is not working correctly

So I’ve turned off ‘Pop Up Auto-Close’ in the settings to have enough time to read, but there just was a pop-up about to click on ‘receive’ for a present and it auto closed -.-

There are also texts on the screen about where to go, but they also disappear very fast.

I checked Psycats Guide but there was nothing about where to click ‘receive’.
It’s also not the presents that are about to be delivered at midnight because it’s 6 AM

It’s a message on the phone and you don’t have to click ‘receive’ but ‘collect’.

It would be nice if that was more clear and that the texts and pop-ups would remain until we click X after we had enough time to read them if we turned ‘Auto Close’ OFF in the settings.
