Steps to Reproduce: take out anger on any object in your own home, or commit any other ‘crime’

Details:
When your Zoi takes out anger on any object inside their own house, like a box or a trash can, it is registered as a crime and the police will show up. There will then be a very buggy stream of attempts to ‘beg for forgiveness’, which keeps getting canceled until it finally sticks. Afterwards, the Zoi is fined 200 meow for kicking their own trashcan! But that’s not all, even though the police is done fining the Zoi, they stick around and stalk the Zoi endlessly. The Zoi then keeps wandering around cancelling all other actions. This happens with any crime a Zoi commits that is followed up by a fine.
Conclusion, please fix these three bugs:
- Police thinking you commit crimes when you kick objects in the safety of your own home. They shouldn’t be psychic like this anyway, how would they know the Zoi kicked a trashcan? Nobody witnessed it.
- Police and Zoi not being able to interact with each other, getting stuck continuously cancelling their interaction.
- Police not leaving the scene after they’ve done their job, stalking the Zoi while the Zoi keeps wandering aimlessly (FIXED IN HOTFIX v0.5.1).
