I have been noticing this too. After exiting the game and getting back into it the same thing happens. For me this started at Zoi’s business also.

I am also experiencing this issue as well. This started happening to me after the most recent 0.9.0 update. My Zoi’s are based in Bliss Bay. However, I do not do the business gameplay and still experience this after a loading screen.
