I regretfully noticed that after the 23/12 update, the aforementioned interaction is no longer available. Now it’s possible to look at the smartphone while sitting, but you need to set the actions: Sit > Smartphone > Check smartphone. The character sits and then checks the smartphone without crossing their legs anymore and without bending their head properly toward the phone, using only one hand. It’s a very stiff pose, I’d say a step backward compared to before. I’m attaching a photo even though the legs aren’t visible here:
I would like to have the previous function back with its resulting pose, which if I’m not mistaken was “Sit and check smartphone” or “Look at smartphone while sitting”. Here’s a photo of what I’d like back, where you can also see the crossed legs:
