I found out why graphic looks awful after update

This is the graphic with some options below set to ‘vero low”

This is when everything set to ultra

see? looks SAME!!! (except at ultra there are more rainsdrops?)

With each update, it feels like the graphics keep getting worse. So I lowered some settings to ‘very low’ today, but I found out it looks identical to Ultra. Is this a bug or done on purpose?

I found more option that doesn’t work

I set these options to the lowest, but there’s no difference compared to Ultra (except that the rain is less visible)

Options that doesn’t work

1. Object Dispaly Distance
2. Lighting Display Distance
3. Shadow Distance
4. Background Detail Quality
5. Post Processing Quality
6. Texture Quality
7. Effects Quality
8. Plant Density and Quality

No wonder it felt like it was running on low Option. it turns out it really was.
