Zoi is Missing or Invisible

  • I took a break from playing the game for about a month since November 2025 and resumed playing my saves after the December 2025 update. Since the last time I played there were no issues with my game. After loading up my game when my update completed I resumed to playing my continued save. Upon opening the game it loaded to one of my Zois at a hospital in Dowon that I sent to donate blood as a wish. I noticed she was moving but I wasn’t able to see her. I clicked on their avatar card to see if the camera would focus on them but they weren’t visible. So shortly after a natural disaster occurred and I tried to immediately use the emergency fix to see if it’ll fix her but she remained invisible. Right now I’m unable to control her as there’s no way to see her. This didn’t happen until after the December 2025 update. I attached a video of it after continuing to play for now.

You could try teleporting her somewhere else with the cheat or temporarly move her to another household and back.
(If you need further instructions how to achieve this, just let us know :psycat_paw: )

What happens when you tell her to go somewhere or do something?

I’ll try the moving household to see if it’ll fix her later tonight but when I tell her to go somewhere or do something she responds but still unable to see her.

I was just able to play the game since then tonight and moving households didn’t work even after the hotfix.

Would you kindly try teleporting your Zoi with the following cheat, as suggested by @LennyOgg:
“teleport Gangnam_Residence_Free03” while your active Zoi is the one who’s stuck. This should bring the Zoi directly to your home.

I tried that now but she’s still invisible. I fear she’s stuck forever. My poor hart hurts for her :frowning: I’ll go ahead and submit ticket to devs.

I’m so sorry.

This might be related to the spa bug, just worse (where Zois kept on wearing the spa gown), just in this case, the Zoi stayed invisible after returning from a rabbithole.

Did the Spa bug ever got fixed properly?

I think it got fixed a while ago. After the devs’ fix, one more thread about it appeared but was solved shortly after with removing mods or something like that.

I was able to fix her. I had her go finish donating blood at the hospital and she popped up after :sob: Thank you so much for your helps as well.

Hi, I jknow this doesn’t go here, but I can’t figure out how to submit a new bug report. It just lists all the existing messages , there is no new button. How to create a new post ? and i also don’t see a button to attach a file like a screenshot!:face_with_symbols_on_mouth:
