Details: I don’t really have a date for it, it appears everytime I try so last time was yesterday 21 of February.
It doesn’t work for any of the members in the household. The selected zoi doesn’t own a business, she did but since you can’t go to another city I sold it and the message keeps appearing. I have the DLC Island getaway.
I don’t understand, why can’t my Inzoi go on a trip?
I was able to go on trips before, and I also checked that there are no businesses temporarily. Is it because I got married? Or is it because I opened a store?
Also, if I go on a trip, how do I get back to my own city?
Unfortunately, you are foreced to sell your store if you wanna travel
I really dislike this. Firstly, you work hard especioially if you decorate/buld your store/restaurant by urself . You spend some time on it let’s say to receive these 5 stars and then when you wanna go just for a some days to rest you must get rid of it.
To come back also you click computer or phone app and travel back to ur previouscity but there are sules about travlelling if you want to get back your previous life and you need to confirm them to be able to travel at all.
I assumed @Becky thought there was a difference between owning a business OR opening a store even though the game system does not differentiate yet. This would change it from bug to question. Maybe Becky can enlighten us, then I’ll gladly change it back. Thanks for observing closely @LennyOgg
Just to clarify, in case you don’t know that yet @Becky - if you have any business running, that means buying one of the business lots (yellow / orange icons), you can not travel to a different city unless you sell the business and the lot. Please let us know if that’s the case in your save file.
EDIT: btw, if you went on a trip and want to return to your original city, you do so via the same “booking app”, I think. Haven’t done it myself yet though. Can you confirm that @LennyOgg?
When we moved from Dowon to Cahaya we knocked on the door of the Bus near the Central Park and when we moved from Cahaya to Bliss Bay we clicked on the plane at one of the docks ^^’

What I would try is with an other household. Maybe it is bugged and you can’t travel even though you closed the shop.
If that’s the case and you can travel with another household, it’s a bug and you could file a bug report so others can ‘me too’ and the devs become aware of this issue and hopefully fix it.
If it still doesn’t work you could remove the mods from the folders and see if they are causing the issues.
The “DLC” I mentioned is not a MOD, it’s similar to expansion packs, but I don’t know which DLC is causing the issue, since I only have Island Holiday as DLC. Additionally, all my MODs were purchased from “Curse Forge” and the Inzoi store. How do I start GOC?
inZOI does currently only have the one DLC Island Getaway (Cahaya) and any creator created content downloaded are mods.
These mods are the source of all kinds of issues, even totally unrelated to the bug, so if any bugs occur, removing them from the mod folders is recommended (even by the devs).
So currently we try to find out if you can’t travel because it’s a bug with the shop feature or a bug caused by mods.
I agree, I haven’t tried to travel yet, but I’ve been hearing we can’t travel while owning a business, this seems like it needs to be fixed, people that work at low incomes and don’t own businesses typically can’t afford to go on a vacation, business owners go on vacations all of the time, this is speaking from reality.
It would be more helpful if you showed screenshots in English (since we all use this language in this forum). I don’t really speak Chinese (I know some characters mostly because I used to study Hanja and some words, but I am not ready to read whole sentences. Even if you share them in Korean, it would be better
After I closed business, I could travel with no problem, so let’s see what blocks you now. If this is a bug (and we need to wait for a FIX) or another reason (so we can help you deal with it).
So, change the language to English, please. Click the option to travel and then share a screenshot to let us know what message is shown on the screen.
I’m very sorry, but my game was downloaded from Steam in Chinese version, and I’ve checked but cannot set it to English. I found a similar image for you, and this image also mentions the issue of “unable to travel during the event period”. Please check it.
